DeuSens at the Hyperexperience Tech Forum 2026

On 26 March 2026, DeuSens Hyperexperience took part in the Hyperexperience Tech Forum 2026, the professional event organised by València Game City at La Harinera in Valencia. Immersive technology, events, communication and business: all in the same room, talking about what already works.

Roundtable: XR technology in the business environment

Our CEO, Álvaro Monzón, joined the roundtable "New technologies in the business environment" alongside Pere Pérez (KarteX), Miguel Sánchez (ESET Spain) and Silvia Granado (Dingonatura), moderated by Óscar Peña from ATREVIA.

The conversation was direct: where is the real value of immersive technology for a company? The answer was clear: in its capacity to solve specific business needs, not in spectacle. An experience can be impressive and still be useless. The challenge is to design with intention.

On what has changed the most over recent years: it is not the technology —which has advanced enormously— but the client's mindset. Today a brand does not ask "what does this do?". It asks "what problem does it solve, how do I measure it and when do I see ROI?". That is market maturity.

As for the technology combination delivering the best results right now: XR combined with artificial intelligence in training, customer service and brand activation is producing consistent results. Not as an experiment, but as a real, measurable business tool.

The metaverse that actually exists: Roblox, Fortnite and social gaming platforms

One of the forum's questions went straight to the point: what part of the metaverse has consolidated and what part has evaporated?

The answer was unambiguous: the corporate metaverse with suited avatars and meetings in 3D offices has gone nowhere. The real metaverse —the one millions of young people already inhabit every day— has a name: Roblox, Fortnite and the new social gaming platforms. These are spaces where brands can be present natively, with enormous audiences and a level of engagement traditional advertising simply cannot reach.

DeuSens has been building in that space for years. For brands such as McDonald's, Pringles, Almarai and G2A we have created experiences in Roblox and Fortnite that are not experiments: they are campaigns with business objectives, defined KPIs and measurable results.

Demos at the forum: three technologies, one message

During the afternoon demo session, attendees were able to experience three DeuSens proposals first-hand:

Alice Assistant — Conversational AI with physical presence

Alice Assistant is our AI-powered virtual avatar assistant. Designed for points of sale, events, stands or corporate lobbies: it attends, informs and guides users in real time with each brand's own personality and tone. The demo proved something attendees could experience for themselves: a well-trained and well-designed AI does not feel like a bot. It feels like part of the team.

Gaussian Splatting — Real spaces in photorealistic 3D

Gaussian Splatting allows any physical space to be captured and turned into a navigable 3D environment with visual fidelity that now rivals photography. Architecture, heritage, showrooms, industrial spaces... Production times have dropped dramatically and the result is immersive from the very first second. The potential for retail, tourism, real estate and training is enormous.

FunMirror — The Haribo case: technology that builds brand connection

FunMirror Haribo demo at the Hyperexperience Tech Forum 2026

We closed with one of our most celebrated cases: FunMirror for Haribo. An augmented reality installation that turns the visitor's own reflection into a gamified brand experience, deployed at the Haribo Streets Pop-Up Store in Madrid. Interaction time well above average, first-party user data and measurable brand recall. Exactly what brands ask for today that five years ago they did not even know to ask.

What we take away from the Hyperexperience Tech Forum 2026

Beyond the talks, events like this confirm that the sector's conversation has changed. The debate is no longer whether XR makes sense in business. It is how to scale what already works, how to integrate it with existing processes and how to defend its value in front of a board of directors.

For DeuSens, that is exactly the conversation we have been having for years. If you want to have it with us, get in touch.
